Shipping policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier assigned to your shipment:

Spain (peninsular): 3–5 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days
Rest of world: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carrier Selection: We work with a range of national and international carriers. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on destination, package dimensions, and service reliability at the time of dispatch. We do not guarantee the use of any specific carrier.

Tracking: Orders may include shipment tracking. A tracking number and link will be sent to your email address once your order has been collected by the carrier.

Special Destinations: Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other non-peninsular or remote destinations may be subject to longer transit times and additional handling requirements. Please contact us before ordering if you have specific delivery requirements for these areas.

International Orders & Customs: For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are beyond our control.

Issues with Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@spotamaterials.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
